Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Integration Engineering Manager to lead PlayStation's Enterprise Integration Engineering capability. You will define strategy for MuleSoft and SnapLogic platforms, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with global teams, influence architectural decisions, and drive delivery excellence while maintaining governance and operational best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations across one or more platforms (e.g. Informatica, Dell Boomi, Oracle Service Bus)
• 5+ years of hands-on integration design and development on MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise integration architecture, patterns, and platform capabilities
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams, including senior engineers and technical leads
• Experience reviewing technical design decisions and providing constructive guidance to improve solution quality
• Experience with AWS-hosted integration environments, including SQS and SNS
• Experience with engineering delivery practices and tooling (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Terraform)
• Experience integrating enterprise SaaS (Salesforce, Workday), cloud-hosted COTS (SAP) and custom in-house apps
• Ability to balance technical leadership, delivery accountability, and people management

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap for enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft & SnapLogic)
• Lead and guide design of enterprise integration solutions ensuring scalability, security, and reuse
• Review and challenge integration designs and decisions for quality and resilience
• Drive modern integration patterns: API-led, event-driven, pub-sub, asynchronous, batch
• Own delivery across a portfolio of integration initiatives to meet timelines and outcomes
• Determine resource allocation and prioritise platform investments
• Improve engineering operating model, processes, and metrics for reliability
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and career development of engineers
• Build cross-team relationships with global engineering teams and partners
