Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid production coding experience in a major language (Python/Go/Java/C++/Rust).
• Experience with Linux/UNIX-like OS and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building or operating infra systems (cloud, networking, compute, storage, security, data infra).
• Experience configuring and running infra-level tooling (Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, databases).
• Strong systems thinking and ability to operate at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate enterprise-scale infrastructure services end-to-end, from specification to production.
• Write and review production code, owning reliability, performance, security, and cost.
• Solve complex problems in production with end-to-end ownership and deep domain knowledge.
• Work AI-native across the SDLC, using AI-assisted development and incident analysis.
• Share on-call rotation with the team and establish operability and observability from the start.
• Decompose ambiguous problems into executable work, integrating results into production-ready systems.
• Define success criteria and measure impact, collaborating with stakeholders.
