Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Surveyor to join the Land & Development Advisory team in Dublin. You will lead land transactions, provide strategic development advice, and build client relationships with developers, investors, and financial institutions across Ireland.

The role demands robust financial modelling, market analysis, and reporting skills, with a focus on development opportunities and feasibility assessments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Real Estate Development, Real Estate Finance, Living Capital Markets, or a related field.
• Experience supporting or managing land and development transactions.
• Strong financial modelling, appraisal, and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing client-facing reports, presentations, and advisory materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Ireland's development market, planning environment, and housing sector.
• Experience with Argus Developer or similar appraisal software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the sale, acquisition, and negotiation of land transactions across sectors.
• Manage agency instructions and provide expert transaction advice.
• Identify and evaluate development opportunities across Ireland.
• Deliver strategic development advisory reports with market evidence and analysis.
• Undertake residual development appraisals and feasibility studies.
• Develop financial models and cashflow forecasts for investments.
• Advise clients on development potential and market trends.
• Maintain relationships with developers, investors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Valuation, Leasing, and other teams.
