Job summary

Cpl in Ireland is seeking an Associate Director / Surveyor to lead land, property and environmental advisory services for major utilities and infrastructure projects. You will manage cross-disciplinary teams and drive delivery across the lifecycle from planning to consent.

You will build client relationships, mentor graduates, and ensure financial performance, reporting, and high service standards across Dublin offices.

Qualifications

• Member of RICS or Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI)
• Experience in land acquisition and Wayleave negotiation
• Strong knowledge of the Irish infrastructure market
• Experience in land consenting on infrastructure projects
• Experience line-managing teams
• Experience managing client relationships and finances to deliver business goals
• Commercial awareness and ability to generate new work
• Lead by example in client offices and internal hubs

Responsibilities

• Build, motivate and manage a team delivering land and property advice for clients
• Set objectives aligned with the business plan; own quality, financial performance and client satisfaction
• Be a visible leader across company hubs and client offices
• Develop and mentor graduates
• Develop industry network; represent DM at external events
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders; report milestones and act on feedback to drive service scores
• Provide ad hoc assistance on other projects to deliver strategic advice and improve profits
• Monitor time recording and client reporting; maximise billing and meet financial targets
