Job summary

Delta Capita in Dublin is seeking an experienced KYC Onboarding Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management team on a permanent or fixed-term basis. You will lead end-to-end CDD reviews across diverse jurisdictions and entity types within a fast-paced project environment, ensuring regulatory and client procedures are followed with rigor.

Qualifications

• Experience in AML/KYC due diligence roles.
• Knowledge of global AML/KYC regulations.
• Understanding of end-to-end KYC and client onboarding.
• Experience with PEPs, Sanctions and adverse media screening.
• Ability to manage multiple files with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform remediation/on-boarding and periodic KYC reviews.
• Gather and analyse KYC documentation per AML policy.
• Source data from approved public sources.
• Construct KYC files with required information.
• Escalate issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct screening checks for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
• Identify blockers and implement solutions.
