Job summary

A leading international law firm based in Dublin is seeking a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join their Finance team. The role focuses on developing precedents, know-how resources and client materials across banking, debt capital markets and securitisation.

The successful candidate will monitor Irish and EU financial services law, perform impact assessments and deliver internal and client training programs while supporting legal technology and knowledge systems adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PQE.
• Either qualified solicitor or barrister.
• Strong finance law experience.
• Excellent academics.
• Excellent research abilities.
• Technically excellent.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance knowledge management team by developing, maintaining and enhancing precedents, know-how resources, practice notes and client-facing materials across banking, debt capital markets, fund finance, private credit, securitisation and structured finance.
• Monitor and analyse Irish and EU financial services law developments, carry out impact assessments and disseminate updates to fee earners.
• Design and deliver internal and client training programmes and support adoption of legal tech and knowledge systems.
• Contribute to thought leadership and business development materials.

We are working with a top tier international law firm based in Dublin for a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join their Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a leading Finance and Capital Markets knowledge management team supporting a market-leading structured finance and securitisation practice. The role involves developing, maintaining and enhancing precedents, know-how resources, practice notes and client-facing legal materials across banking, debt capital markets, fund finance, private credit, securitisation and structured finance transactions.

The position also includes monitoring and analysing legal and regulatory developments across Irish and EU financial services law, carrying out impact assessments, and disseminating key updates to fee earners across the practice. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering internal and client training programmes, supporting the adoption of legal technology and knowledge systems, and contributing to thought leadership and business development materials.
