The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Tax team in Dublin, advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of financial and commercial transactions, including debt capital markets, corporate tax, investment funds, M&A, aircraft leasing, cross-border tax planning, and real estate matters. They will work closely with colleagues on complex technical issues, supporting the delivery of practical, commercially focused tax advice.

The solicitor will collaborate with other practice groups, assist in client advisory work, and benefit from ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development.
