Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef de Partie for the Sports Café. The role offers circa €43,800 per annum plus tips, with full-time hours and a guaranteed minimum in 150 hours over a 4-week period.

You will lead the kitchen team, manage food costs, ensure safety standards, and deliver consistent quality in a lively, family-friendly setting.

• Lead and motivate a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage food costs, stock control, scheduling and waste to meet budgets.
• Supervise chef-level staff (Chef de Partie or above) with clear communication.
