Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in delivering quality food and service in our Sports Café. You will help lead the kitchen team, drive food cost and waste controls, and uphold high standards of food safety in a fast-paced, guest‑focused setting.

This full‑time role requires flexibility across early mornings to late evenings, including weekends, with a guaranteed 150 hours over a four‑week period and a structured bonus scheme as

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience controlling food costs and margins to meet budget targets.
• Experience supervising Chef de Partie or above.
• Strong communication and organisation under pressure.
