Job summary

Center Parcs Longford is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef de Partie to support the Kitchen Manager in delivering exceptional food quality and service. You will help lead the kitchen team, ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain operational efficiency within budget.

This full‑time role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays, with a guaranteed minimum 150 hours over a 4‑week period and a Sunday premium.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory chef experience (Chef de Partie or above).
• Strong stock control and waste management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
• Good communication and organisation under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the kitchen team and daily operations.
• Control food costs and margins to meet budget targets.
• Maintain high food quality and guest satisfaction, addressing issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and prepare dishes to agreed standards.
