Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor at Longford Forest in Ireland. The role involves assisting in managing the kitchen team and daily operations, controlling food costs and margins to meet targets, and maintaining high food quality and guest satisfaction.

You will ensure compliance with food safety regulations and prepare dishes to agreed standards. The position requires evenings, weekends and bank holidays with a guaranteed minimum hours contract.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good financial awareness, including stock control, scheduling and waste management
• Previous experience in a supervisory chef role (Chef de Partie or above)
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills under pressure

Longford Forest | Circa €43,800 per annum plus tips

Sports Café serves hearty meals and shows live sports in a lively, family-friendly setting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in managing the kitchen team and daily operations
• Control food costs and margins to meet budget targets
• Maintain high food quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and prepare dishes to agreed standards

Your working hours

• Sports Café is open 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm
• Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 8am and midnight
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday

About You
