Elastic is seeking a Principal Product Manager to guide ITDR within Elastic Security, defining how Elastic detects and responds to identity-based threats across on‑prem, cloud, and AI agents. You will own the roadmap for non-human identities and collaborate with threat researchers, data scientists, and engineers.

You will drive containment via automated actions with human oversight, work with enterprise customers to prioritize needs, and evangelize Elastic’s identity capabilities through blogs

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in product management or security product delivery.
• Deep knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and identity fabric.
• Fluency with non-human identities including service accounts, workloads, secrets and AI agents.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML including LLMs and agentic systems.
• Bias to action with ability to learn from experiments and leverage AI tools.

• Define and own vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR within Elastic Security.
• Model and manage non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents).
• Collaborate with threat research and detection engineering on identity threats.

• Partner with design to create identity-focused investigation and response experiences.
