Job summary

Teamworx Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to take ownership of the Irish payroll function within a large, multi-site organisation. The role is hybrid in South Dublin and involves managing end-to-end payroll delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Irish legislation and Revenue requirements, and partnering with HR, Finance and Operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in high-volume Irish payroll, strong technical knowledge, and the confidence to challenge

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a high-volume Irish payroll environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish payroll legislation.
• Experience with PAYE, PRSI, USC and Revenue requirements.
• Experience managing payroll for large employee populations (1,500+).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processing of Irish payroll across multiple sites.
• Process weekly and monthly payrolls with accuracy and on time.
• Manage inputs: starters, leavers, salary changes, benefits, deductions.
• Ensure accurate PAYE, PRSI, USC calculations and Revenue submissions.
• Maintain payroll governance, controls and data integrity.
• Lead year-end payroll processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Operations; advise stakeholders.
