Job summary

Executive Solutions is recruiting a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end processing of a large Irish payroll within a shared services payroll team in Dublin. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness and statutory compliance while collaborating with HR, Finance and the wider business.

You will work closely with Payroll Associates and report to the Group Payroll Manager, supporting Irish operations and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or supporting a high-volume payroll operation.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and Irish payroll legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy.
• Experience working to deadlines and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A track record of improving processes, controls and ways of working.
• Experience using payroll systems and HR information systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end processing of a high-volume Irish payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and statutory compliance.
• Validate and process payroll inputs including new starters, leavers, salary changes, benefits, allowances and statutory deductions.
• Review, reconcile and validate payroll outputs prior to sign-off.
• Maintain high standards of payroll governance, accuracy and data integrity.
