Job summary

Marsh invites applications for an Investment Solutions Relationship Manager – Management Companies based in the Dublin office. You will support Marsh's ManCo client relationships across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, coordinating with investment teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Energy, proactivity and desire to see things done efficiently.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead regular internal meetings and oversee communication channels for responsiveness.
• Strong attention to detail and robust project management skills.
• Relationship management / consulting experience, ideally with ManCos.
• Knowledge and experience of investment markets across assets, including private markets.
• CFA holder or similar qualification.
• Strong IT skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Marsh's delegated fund structures and solutions, focusing on ManCo client needs.
• Support the development of Marsh's client-service delivery for scalable, first-class experiences.
• Lead client relationships with major Investment Solutions ManCo relationships, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Manage conversations on investment solutions, performance analyses and economic commentaries within timelines.
• Liaise with operations, portfolio management and consulting teams across Marsh on client projects.
• Train and develop junior colleagues.
