Marsh’s Investment Solutions PMO Europe is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic change initiatives across the investment business. This senior role combines delivery discipline with commercial awareness and the ability to influence effectively in a matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager in funds or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering complex, regulated projects.
• Understanding of investment or asset management operating models.
• Experience coordinating multiple functions, jurisdictions and external providers.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Risk, issue and change management experience; proactive handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across Investment Solutions.
• Define scope, objectives, success measures with sponsors.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, dashboards and governance materials.
• Coordinate activity across teams, jurisdictions and vendors.
• Manage timelines, dependencies and readiness before implementation.
• Provide reporting to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Present status, risks, decisions and actions to enable timely decisions.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, leaders, SMEs and clients.
• Lead meetings, workshops and governance forums to drive decisions.
• Ensure vendor plans meet Marsh requirements and standards.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and constraints.
