Le Meas Executive Search is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Internal Controls to join an international aviation leasing group in Dublin. You will own and enhance the internal controls framework, oversee testing of financial, operational and compliance controls, and coordinate with auditors.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CPA/CISA/CIA or equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. Hybrid working is available.

Formación

• ACA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, CIA or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years' experience in internal controls, internal audit, risk management, governance or related.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, SOX requirements and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of the internal controls framework.
• Oversee assessment and testing of financial, operational and compliance controls.
• Identify control deficiencies, assess risks and implement remedial actions.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Review and document key business processes with embedded controls.
• Coordinate information requests with internal and external auditors.
