Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• Approximately 8 years of experience in Instrumentation & Controls engineering.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical project delivery.
• Proven experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC automation and process instrumentation.
• Familiarity with GxP environments, cleanroom systems and regulated industry standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&C design activities on multidisciplinary pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers.
• Attend client meetings and workshops to define, refine and develop project scope.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare Basis of Design (BOD) documentation and develop detailed design packages for BMS and I&C contractors.
