Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior Insider Risk Specialist to advance Data Loss Prevention governance and insider risk detection within the Cyber Fusion Centre. Hybrid role based in Nottingham or London, with 40% in the office, reporting to the Insider Risk Director.

You will partner with DLP Engineering and security teams to ensure DLP controls align with governance standards and business needs while supporting continuous improvement of the Insider Risk program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DLP Engineering to review and approve Data Loss Prevention policies and align with Insider Risk governance.
• Review and approve DLP exception requests and assess residual risk.
• Collaborate with business units to improve DLP coverage and data protection controls.
• Develop insider risk detection use cases, analytics, dashboards, and reporting using DLP, SIEM, UEBA.
• Support investigations with DLP subject matter expertise and technical analysis.
• Develop program metrics and reporting to measure Insider Risk and DLP governance maturity.
• Analyze DLP trends and emerging insider risk patterns to create awareness and training.
• Support governance by identifying gaps and recommending risk-based improvements.
