Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Ireland seeks a senior Risk Analyst to lead the infrastructure risk management strategy at programme level. You will implement consistent risk tools, drive improvements, and ensure alignment with policies and best practices.

You'll manage a team of risk professionals, work with stakeholders across disciplines, and promote a strong safety culture while delivering high-quality risk insights for major projects.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of risk management experience in large infrastructure programmes.
• Proven ability to design risk strategies and improve processes.
• Experience in risk reporting and mitigation actions.
• Deep understanding of project governance and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of consistent risk management tools and techniques, in line with policies and best practice across the Programme.
• Apply advanced knowledge in risk management to analyse and resolve issues within a projects/programmes framework.
• Develop robust risk management, mitigation and contingency strategies with the delivery team.
• Create KPIs related to risk performance and implement them across the programme.
• Conduct Quantified Risk Analysis (QRA) and assess risk apportionment in contracts and procurements.
• Develop a risk reporting platform to support management reporting and tracking of mitigations.
• Lead risk workshops, assessments and risk register reviews with key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of risk management processes and ensure high standards across the Programme Controls team.
