Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior Project Manager to act as the Contracting Entity’s senior representative for complex, live aviation infrastructure projects. You will provide strategic governance, drive ORAT, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specification across multiple programs.

You will lead a high-performing team of PMs, manage NEC-based contracts, and engage with executives and regulators to align outcomes with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction/infrastructure delivery.
• Proven track record leading large-scale capital programmes (up to €50-100M+).
• Experience with NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a capital programme.
• Lead development and implementation of Project Execution Plans, embedding sustainable approaches.
• Drive ORAT readiness and smooth handover into live operations.
• Manage governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at executive level.
