Job summary

Turner & Townsend Pty Limited seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead aviation infrastructure and capital projects across the full lifecycle, from planning through handover. You will work with clients, project teams and stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality.

Senior role requiring strong governance, mentoring of project managers and the ability to manage interfaces across live environments while promoting health, safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience delivering aviation, transportation, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong governance, risk management and project reporting capabilities.
• Client-side project management experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with NEC contracts advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of aviation infrastructure and capital projects from inception to handover.
• Provide oversight to Project Managers and project teams to meet objectives and performance targets.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, delivery strategies and resource plans.
• Manage performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and safety.
• Mentor and support Project Managers with technical, commercial and contractual guidance.
• Ensure governance, reporting and assurance processes across all projects.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate interfaces across projects and operational teams while minimising disruption.
