Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Contract Coordinator/Manager to oversee pre- and post-contract activities for the Infrastructure Department’s portfolio. You will collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Programme Directors to engage Contractors/Consultants, manage Work Orders, and ensure adherence to framework agreements.

You will monitor performance against KPIs, support in disputes, and ensure compliance with contract management standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in contract management and administration.
• Experience with NEC or equivalent contract suites.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building contract management strategies and KPI libraries.

Responsibilities

• Understand and align to Contract Management standards.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Manage commercial relationships with Contractors/Consultants.
• Review and tailor draft contracts for projects.
• Lead negotiations and provide guidance to Project/Services Manager and Programme Director.
• Review subcontractor performance and documentation.
• Certify payments and assess Defined Costs.
• Audit contractor accounts and ensure accurate cost capture.
• Forecast contractor costs and manage painshare/gainshare.
• Establish contract management strategies and KPI targets.
• Develop KPI library for accountable programmes.
• Oversee contractor performance evaluations and improvement plans.
• Build and mentor Contract Administrators team.
