Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Client Partner Contract Manager to administer and govern contractual arrangements across the supply chain for a major infrastructure programme. The role involves managing subcontracts, collaboration agreements and enforcing flow-down obligations from the Head Contract.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex subcontracting arrangements.
• Ability to manage flow-down obligations from prime contracts.
• Knowledge of subcontractor governance and performance frameworks.
• Experience with contract administration under professional services contracts.
• Proven track record in strategic supplier relationships and risk management.
• Ability to develop and monitor KPI frameworks for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of all Client Partner supply chain agreements.
• Ensure obligations under the Head Contract are understood and flowed down.
• Maintain Subcontractor Management Plan and integrated supply chain processes.
• Coordinate with Legal, Governance, Finance and Risk teams on contractual matters.
• Manage contract changes, claims and dispute resolution processes.
• Monitor compliance, performance, and governance across the supply chain.
