Turner & Townsend is a global professional services firm delivering programme and cost management across real estate and infrastructure. The Contract Coordinator will manage pre- and post-contract activities for the Infrastructure Department’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with NEC-based framework agreements and work orders.

The role requires strong contract management, KPI oversight, and experience negotiating with contractors/consultants, to support project directors and deliver successful

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience of contract management and administration.
• Knowledge of monitoring contractor and consultant performance.
• Experience with NEC contract management frameworks.
• Ability to lead multiple complex contractual arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Manage pre- and post-contract requirements of the Infrastructure Portfolio as per framework agreements.
• Oversee performance KPIs and disputes related to contracts and subcontracts.
• Lead contract negotiations and provide guidance to project leaders.
• Review subcontractor documents for compliance and fit-for-purpose terms.
