JPMorganChase Dublin seeks a Senior Engineer in Infrastructure Platforms to design, build and operate enterprise-scale infrastructure services. You’ll write production code, own reliability, performance, security, and cost, and work AI-native across the SDLC with a focus on greenfield challenges.

Qualifications

• Production coding experience in Python/Go/Java/C++/Rust.
• Strong Linux/UNIX and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building or operating systems in at least one infrastructure domain.
• Experience configuring and running infrastructure-level systems and tooling (Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, databases).
• Strong systems thinking, interfaces, failure modes, and scale.
• Fluency using AI tools for engineering work.
• Security-first mindset with risk judgment.
• Clear, direct communication with teammates and stakeholders.
• Outcome orientation with focus on reliability and cost.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate enterprise-scale infrastructure services end-to-end.
• Write and review production code, owning reliability, performance, security, and cost.
• Solve complex production problems with end-to-end ownership.
• Work AI-native across the SDLC with AI-assisted development and incident analysis.
• Share on-call rotation and act as escalation point for production incidents.
• Analyze and optimize code and systems for quality, scalability, efficiency.
• Decompose problems for yourself and AI agents into production-ready work.
• Define success criteria and measure impact.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders, raise risks.
• Apply security and operational-risk judgment throughout the lifecycle.
