Job summary

You'll shape critical infrastructure platforms, collaborate with cross-functional peers, and advance security, reliability, and cost efficiency at scale in a dynamic, regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering with production coding in one or more languages.
• Sophisticated experience building and operating systems in infrastructure domains.
• Experience running production systems at scale with on-call ownership.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and set technical direction.
• Strong systems thinking across interfaces and failure modes.
• Ability to guide AI tools for real engineering work with judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a small, high-ownership team of senior engineers.
• Own design, delivery, and operation of enterprise-scale infrastructure services.
• Write and review production code, maintaining high engineering quality.
• Establish AI-native engineering practices with robust validation standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation and manage incidents with operability focus.
• Analyze and optimize systems for scalability, efficiency, reliability, and cost.
• Decompose ambiguous problems into executable work for humans and AI agents.
• Define success criteria, measure impact, and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the infrastructure organization.
• Apply security and operational-risk judgment throughout the lifecycle.
