Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking an experienced Information Security Project Manager to lead multiple NIS2 compliance programmes across the organisation. The role demands senior delivery experience and a strong background in information security, GRC, IT risk, and controls to embed regulatory requirements and drive complex remediation work.

You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage dependencies, provide governance, and report to senior stakeholders while ensuring audit

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior PM in information security or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record delivering regulatory programmes (NIS2 preferred).
• Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and governance skills.
• Experience with risk management and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple NIS2 compliance and remediation programmes simultaneously.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, dependencies and reporting.
• Oversee NIS2 gap assessments, control implementation and remediation activities.
• Work closely with Information Security, GRC, IT, Risk, Compliance and infrastructure teams.
• Manage stakeholders across technical teams, senior management and wider business functions.
• Track progress against regulatory requirements, ensuring risks and delivery issues are escalated appropriately.
• Coordinate control owners and subject matter experts to drive accountability and timely delivery.
• Provide clear governance, programme reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness, evidence gathering and the ongoing monitoring of compliance activities.
