- Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate initiatives relating to incident management, business continuity, disaster recovery, access controls, vulnerability management and supply chain security.
- Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes aligned with NIS2 requirements.
- Prepare project updates, risk reports and progress dashboards for senior management and steering committees.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, auditors and technology vendors where required.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and evidence are maintained to support compliance assessments and regulatory audits.
- Embed sustainable processes to support ongoing compliance and continuous improvement beyond the initial implementation programme.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in project management, ideally within IT, cybersecurity, information security or regulatory compliance.
- Direct involvement in an NIS2 readiness, gap assessment or implementation programme.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR or other relevant security and compliance standards.
- Experience delivering cybersecurity, IT risk, governance or regulatory change programmes.
- A good understanding of the NIS2 Directive and its implications for organisational security, governance and risk management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear project deliverables.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, external auditors or regulatory bodies is advantageous.
- Project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent are desirable.
