Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking an experienced NIS2 Project Manager to lead the organisation's NIS2 compliance programme. You will coordinate gap assessments, remediation plans and governance with IT, Security, Risk and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management, ideally in IT, cybersecurity or regulatory compliance.
• Direct involvement in an NIS2 readiness, gap assessment or implementation programme.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR or similar standards.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity, IT risk, governance or regulatory change programmes.
• Understanding of the NIS2 Directive and its governance implications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the NIS2 compliance programme on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate gap assessments and remediation plans for identified deficiencies.
• Work with IT, Information Security, Risk and Compliance to implement controls and governance.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate incident management, business continuity, DR, access controls and vulnerability management.
