Job summary

ICDS Group in Dublin seeks an experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a busy team in Damestown. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring work is safe, efficient and to a high standard.

Time-served refrigeration & air conditioning, F-Gas registration and a minimum of 5 years’ post-apprenticeship HVAC experience are required. You will maintain records in the CMMS and collaborate with clients to deliver robust service

Qualifications

Time-served Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer.
F-Gas registered.
Minimum 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on Single Splits, VRV/VRF systems, Chillers, AHUs and fans.
Diagnose and repair HVAC and air conditioning faults.
Respond to reactive call-outs and unscheduled works.
Maintain accurate records using the company CMMS.
Work closely with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure all works are completed on time and to the required standard.
