Job summary

Jones Engineering in Dublin is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to maintain and repair HVAC plant including split systems, VRV, chillers, AHUs and fans. The role requires a time-served Refrigeration & Air- Conditioning Engineer with F-Gas and at least 5 years post-apprenticeship experience, plus strong communication and client-relations skills.

You will work with the company CMMS, respond to reactive calls, and ensure work is performed to high standards and on schedule.

Qualifications

Time served Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Engineer with a minimum of FETAC Level 6 complete with F-Gas registration.
Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair in all aspects of HVAC plant.
Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality with the ability to work individually as well as a part of a team.
The ability to start and develop excellent relationships with clients.
Valid/Full clean driver’s licence.
Familiar with the use of BMS systems.

Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance and repair of HVAC plant to include Single Splits, VRV systems, Chillers, Air Handling Units, Supply and Extract Fans.
Fault finding in all aspects of HVAC plant.
Carry out reactive call outs and unscheduled works.
To ensure all works are carried out to a high standard and to be delivered on time.
To work with company CMMS and keep updated at all times.
