Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC maintenance experience on AHU, cooling towers and ventilation systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience liaising with client and site teams; ability to meet KPI targets.
• F-Gas knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and cooling towers.
• Carry out HVAC installation projects and refurbishments on site.
• Respond to urgent HVAC issues as part of a team.
• Maintain records of materials, orders and purchases for new materials.
