EPM Scientific is seeking an HVAC / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site engineering team in Dublin. You will maintain HVAC, cooling towers and related plant, focusing on reliability, energy efficiency and compliance.

The role involves delivering PPM/CM, handling controls and BMS tasks, and liaising with multi-disciplinary teams to meet client expectations. On-site Dublin location with opportunities across pharma/critical environments.

Qualificações

• Hands-on HVAC maintenance experience in facilities, utilities or maintenance settings.
• Engineering degree or Level 8 Diploma in Mechanical/Building Services/Electrical.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; able to work to deadlines.
• Confident writer and verbal communicator with client-facing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality planned preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Carry out testing, balancing, instrumentation and controls on AHUs and ventilation plant.
• Lead HVAC installation, refurbishment and upgrade projects on air handling systems.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns, both individually and in teams.
• Maintain PMs and CMs within KPI targets and quality standards.
• Manage spare parts, orders and maintenance records; update maintenance programme.
