HITACHI ENERGY IRELAND LIMITED in Dublin is seeking a Site Manager to lead all on-site activities of energy projects, ensuring cost-effective execution in line with contracts, quality, schedule and safety standards. Hybrid work arrangement in Dublin area.

You will coordinate site planning, resource allocation, HSE compliance and subcontractor management, delivering start-up, construction, erection, commissioning and handover successfully.

Qualifications

• Electrician or equivalent qualification.
• Microsoft Project basic level.
• At least 5 years' Experience in Forman / Chargehand Role.

Responsabilités

• Site planning and coordination of on-site activities with Project Manager, including local resources, equipment and milestones.
• Manage on-site activities to ensure start-up, construction, erection, testing and commissioning meet contract specs, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.
• Represent the project with customers and local authorities, banks and suppliers to secure support for field activities.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environment plans are in place and adhered to by all on-site personnel, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate on-site materials handling, storage and delivery logistics to secure timely delivery.
• Manage subcontractors on site to meet delivery dates and standards.
