Nigel Wright Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda at a busy manufacturing site in County Monaghan. You will partner with the Site Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to drive engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness, shaping culture and delivering practical people solutions.

The role is on-site in Monaghan with a strong generalist HR background in manufacturing.

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda for a busy manufacturing operation, partnering closely with the Site Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to drive engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness. This is a highly visible role where you'll have the opportunity to shape culture, influence decision-making and deliver practical people solutions that support both business performance and employee experience. You'll lead all aspects of operational HR while also taking ownership of talent, leadership development and succession planning across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to the Site MD and Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead the full HR agenda for a key production facility.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or Senior HR professional with a strong generalist HR background gained within manufacturing, engineering, FMCG or a similar operational environment.

• Highly organised with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery.
