Job summary

Vickerstock is partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner for their County Cavan operations. The role sits at senior leadership level, partnering closely with business leaders to shape and deliver the people strategy while leading and developing the HRBP team.

You'll play a key role across organisational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning, change and people compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience, including senior partnering within manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience leading HRBPs and managing complex ER and organisational change.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and WRC processes.
• Experience in workforce planning and using HR analytics to inform decisions.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Relevant third-level HR qualification.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across people, culture, performance and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead, coach and develop the HRBP team.
• Lead complex Employee Relations matters and act as a senior escalation point.
• Drive workforce planning, talent and succession initiatives.
• Lead organisational change programmes and support culture and engagement.
• Use people data and insights to influence business and workforce decisions.
• Ensure compliance across Irish employment law, WRC processes, GDPR and wider HR governance.
