Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting into a senior operational leader, you will take responsibility for an established HR Operations function supporting employees across multiple locations.

• Team Leadership - Lead and develop a multi-location HR Operations team, creating a high-performing and collaborative function.
• HR Service Delivery - Oversee operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and effective service.
• Stakeholder Management - Partner with senior People stakeholders and the wider business to align operational HR delivery with key organisational priorities.
• Governance & Compliance - Ensure appropriate standards of employment compliance, data protection and governance are maintained across the function.
• Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to standardise, simplify and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Systems & Data - Ensure HR data, systems, reporting and payroll information are accurate, robust and appropriately controlled.
• Employee Experience - Oversee key employee lifecycle activities with a focus on engagement, responsiveness and service excellence.
• Operational Excellence - Use data and operational insights to identify inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions across the People function.
