Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, MedTech, pharma, life sciences, or similar operational environments.
• Proven expertise in Employee Relations, employment law, and complex case management.
• Experience acting as trusted advisor to senior leaders and driving people strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to site leaders on people-related matters.
• Lead HR processes: talent & succession planning, performance management, development planning, compensation planning.
• Identify organizational needs and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage workforce data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness and manage performance.
