Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity within a similar social care setting.
• 3 years experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of Safeguarding requirements and HIQA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate the work of the team while providing quality support for vulnerable adults.
• Maintain effective interpersonal and communication with team members.
• Ensure compliance with current policies and regulations in Social Care.
