Job summary

Camphill Communities of Ireland is recruiting a Person in Charge to lead our Residential Service in Dunshane Naas Co Kildare. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of €57,173–€67,130 per year plus an on-call allowance of €3,904.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 7 QQI qualification or higher in health or social care, with postgraduate management qualifications preferred, and have extensive senior management experience in health/social care. Garda vetting and references apply.

Qualifications

• Level 7 QQI qualification or equivalent in health or social care.
• Postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years senior management experience at similar level of responsibility, including strategic planning.
• At least 5 years in the health/social care or voluntary sector.
