Job summary

Amey is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Dublin Highways team. You will lead junior engineers on highway and public transport projects, including cycleways, drainage, and major roads, while collaborating with teams in Ireland and the UK.

Based in Dublin with flexible hybrid options, you will drive design production, health and safety practices, and liaise with clients for buildable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Highways/Civil engineering field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of design processes and procedures in civil engineering.
• Incorporated or Chartered status or equivalent professional licence and to the level defined by education.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the delivery of scheme design and support the Design Team Leader.
• Conduct surveys/inspections and feasibility studies.
• Prepare reports, cost estimation, and design schedules.
