Job summary

Our Client in Dublin seeks a seasoned Financial Reporting Manager to lead complex reporting for investment funds and hedge funds. You will oversee quality, timelines and resourcing, and review disclosures and supporting schedules for audits.

You will coach a team, interact with fund administrators and auditors, and drive improvements in automation and regulatory reporting using technology and new tools.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent IFAC qualification.
• Approximately 6–8 years' Investment Fund Financial Reporting experience.
• At least 3 years' experience leading teams and managing reporting/delivery.
• Extensive experience reviewing complex investment fund financial statements and disclosures.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; Lux GAAP exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial reporting across a portfolio of investment funds with quality, resourcing and timelines oversight.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, schedules and audit support packs; resolve complex accounting issues.
• Provide leadership, coaching and technical guidance to team members.
• Engage with Fund Administrators, Auditors and stakeholders on reporting outputs.
• Drive process improvement, automation and adoption of new technology in Financial Reporting.
