CPL is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the company’s Health & Safety function across construction and retrofit projects in Ireland. The role focuses on building a robust H&S management system, policy governance, training, and compliance with Irish legislation and SEAI requirements.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure active safety culture, and provide expert advice to management, teams, and contractors

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to develop and manage Health & Safety policies
• Experience implementing H&S management systems in construction
• Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation and SEAI/One Stop Shop requirements

• Lead the development and implementation of the H&S strategy and improvement programmes.
• Establish and manage risk assessment and risk management processes across sites.
• Provide expert H&S guidance to management, project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate site inspections, audits and incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
