Job summary

MKO in Galway is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Consultant to lead and grow our H&S team across construction and renewables projects. You will provide PSDP and safe engineering oversight, delivering advisory services and promoting a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will hold a third level qualification in Safety and Health and have 5+ years of H&S experience, with a track record in delivering consultancy, audits, and staff training.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a third level qualification in Safety and Health.
• At least 5 years work experience in a Health & Safety role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the provision of Health & Safety consultancy services, including the role of PSDP, on renewable energy and standard construction projects.
• Lead the delivery of Occupational Health & Safety consultancy services and Health & Safety advisory services.
• Promote a safety culture throughout MKO and its teams.
• Lead the growth and development of the Galway Health & Safety services team.
