Job summary

Klaviyo in Dublin is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for the EMEA & APAC region to own end-to-end UK & Ireland payroll and support other countries through global partners. You will bring strong payroll expertise, drive process improvements, and help scale our international payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong hands-on UK & Ireland payroll experience is essential.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple countries with third-party providers.
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance, statutory reporting, reconciliations and controls.
• Experience with Workday and CloudPay or similar HRIS and global payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for UK and Ireland with accurate, timely delivery.
• Support payroll review and coordination across additional countries with global partners.
• Review inputs, calculations, variances and outputs for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with CloudPay and local providers to resolve discrepancies.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, and month- and year-end payroll requirements.
