Job summary

Tines, founded in 2018 and with Dublin roots, is hiring a Lead Analyst, Revenue to tackle the most important cross-functional questions shaping our revenue growth. You’ll partner with RevOps, sales, and finance, driving analytics across go-to-market initiatives and strategic initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in analytics, strong SQL and data modelling skills, and experience with AI-driven analysis. Ideally, you’ll work from our Dublin area and collaborate with teams across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics.
• Hands-on SQL, data modelling, and building analysis you'd defend.
• Ambiguous strategic problems end-to-end through stakeholder conversations and your own analysis.
• Commercial and strategic instinct around revenue growth: pipeline, forecasting, go-to-market.
• Strong prioritisation and programme management across several workstreams.
• Able to tailor communication to different audiences, technical and non-technical, at different levels.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and bias towards action.
• Uses AI in their own work and encodes context for reliable outputs.
• Cross-functional by default and capable of leading without direct reports.
• Based in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional revenue questions end to end and shape strategy to grow revenue.
• Be the day-to-day analytical partner to go-to-market and finance leadership.
• Lead analyst workstreams and prioritise tasks without direct management.
• Collaborate with data engineering on requirements, data models and quality.
• Build repeatable processes and use AI to cut mechanical work.
• Translate questions into deliverables and present results to senior stakeholders.
