Job summary

Mypinnacle is seeking a Senior Account Manager / Sales Engineer to oversee a small portfolio of major global customers operating large facilities in Ireland. You will drive revenue objectives, coordinate local support, and work with global teams to align the organisation around customer needs.

The role offers a comprehensive product training programme and requires an aligned technical background (mechanical, electrical, automation, production or related).

Qualifications

• Senior account management or sales engineering experience in industrial technology.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Technical background in mechanical, electrical, automation, or related fields.
• Willingness to engage with global accounts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across engineering, maintenance, procurement, operations and project teams through to senior management.
• Identify upcoming projects, capital investment and automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with global account management, product specialists and local technical teams to ensure customers receive a consistent and high level of support.
• Work with OEMs, machine builders and project engineering teams.
