Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Benefits for EMEA and Latin America to lead regional benefits programs, renewals, funding strategies and vendor management. You will partner with global teams, support M&A-related transitions, manage cost and risk, and ensure a competitive employee experience across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional benefits strategy, renewals, and funding across EMEA and Latin America.
• Oversee broker relationships, SLAs, and contract terms.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal and Procurement on benefits programs.
• Support mergers and acquisitions and post‑deal benefit alignment.
• Manage cost, risk and employee experience across regions.
