Job summary

Clear Treasury in Dublin 2 seeks a confident, proactive partnership professional with 5+ years in FX to grow corporate and private client referrals. You’ll manage long-term relationships, log data in the CRM, and showcase FX services while collaborating with marketing and other teams.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial drive and cross-channel sales. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced, supportive, and entrepreneurial environment with a competitive salary and attractive commission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FX industry or related finance sector.
• Ability to communicate with CFOs, FDs and CEOs.
• Entrepreneurial and target-driven mindset.
• Experience across multiple sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Source potential referring partners for corporate and private clients.
• Maintain long-running partnerships and maximise referrals.
• Log prospect data in the CRM with accuracy.
• Intro-duce Clear Treasury offerings to clients.
• Demonstrate market knowledge to new partners.
• Adapt sales methods in line with strategy.
• Collaborate with other teams to foster cross-referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of FX services and market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing on partnership collateral.
• Attend tradeshows/events to sign up new partners.
